1. All Samples must be purchased – No samples will be dispatched unless invoiced and paid for.
2. Samples may be returned for decoration if required.
3. All samples are dispatched directly out of each individual Label/Brand Warehouse – we do not carry stock as we are an Online Wholesale Business only.
4. Delivery Fee applies for all samples.
5. The Customer will be responsible for all charges and costs incurred in returning of samples, including postage, handling & restocking fees.

1. The customer must contact Specialty Sports Supplies in writing/email within 7 days of receiving their order and provide their reason for the return. We will then issue the customer with a Return Authority (RA) number.
2. The (RA) number must be clearly labelled on the outside of the returned goods parcel, and must be accompanied with the Return Authority Form that we will email to you.
3. All goods must be returned to the correct warehouse accompanied with the Return Authority Form within 7-10 days of receiving the (RA) Number.
4. Returns are only accepted if they need to be changed due to size or colour, we do not accept returns if you did not like the purchase or have no use for it.
5. The Customer will be responsible for all charges and costs incurred in returning of goods, including postage, handling & restocking fees.
6. Goods must be returned in the original condition and packaging, folded with all swing tags attached or they cannot be accepted for credit or refund.
7. We cannot refund or exchange garments once delivered to the embroiderer/printer if decoration is required.
8. Discontinued stock items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

1. Standard shipping takes approximately 2-4 working days providing stock is available for Plain Stock orders to ( Metro Areas only ) and may take longer for ( Non- Metro Areas)
2. We only deliver within Australia.
3. Regarding Decorated Orders – We will let you know approximate Time-Frame once order is placed.

FREE shipping applies for all orders over $700.00 + GST ( per Label/Brand) to most areas within Australia for ( un-decorated/plain stock orders only ).  We will let you know if your area applies for Free Delivery once order is placed.
